Founded by Kenneth Hou in the 1980s, KOJEN English Centers were established to meet the growing demand for English-language education in Taiwan. In partnership with English Language Services (ELS), one of the largest intensive English programs in the United States, KOJEN has grown into one of Taiwan’s most prestigious and trusted English-language institutes.
Today, KOJEN employs approximately 1,000 teachers and staff across more than 40 branches throughout Taiwan. The organization provides English courses for learners of all ages, including preschoolers, children, teenagers, and adults.
KOJEN uses a student-centered teaching approach, encouraging learners to actively explore language, develop linguistic awareness, and build meaning through interaction with authentic language input. Teachers receive a well-developed curriculum, teaching materials, training, and ongoing pedagogical support.
The Role
KOJEN is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English Teachers to join its teaching teams in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Kaohsiung City.
Teachers will deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons to learners across a range of ages and proficiency levels. KOJEN’s structured curriculum and professional support make the position suitable for both experienced educators and teachers who are developing their careers in English-language education.
